Why publish the full ingredient list with reasoning?
Because ingredient literacy belongs to the buyer, not the brand. Anything else makes a formula a black box we ask you to trust. We'd rather just write it down.
Are Floria products natural / organic / clean?
We're plant-rooted: plant-derived actives carry the formula. We're not USDA-organic certified. "Clean" is a marketing word with no shared definition, so we publish our specific exclusion list (on the ingredient policy page) instead of leaning on the word.
Do you test on animals?
No. No Floria product or ingredient is tested on animals at any stage. We do not sell in markets that require animal testing.
Are formulas pregnancy-safe?
Most are, but it depends on the actives. Each product page flags ingredients (like bakuchiol or higher-strength acids) that are commonly avoided during pregnancy. We're not a substitute for your OB-GYN — please check with them before changing your routine.
How should I patch test?
Apply a small amount inside the forearm or behind the ear, twice a day for 48 hours. If you see redness, itching, or stinging that doesn't fade within a few minutes of each application, stop and rinse. Reach out — we'd like to know.
Why is some of your social content AI-generated?
We use AI-generated imagery for some short-form content and disclose it ("Created with AI") per FTC guidance. The product photography on this site, the formulas themselves, and our written claims are not AI-generated.
