US orders ship within 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. You'll receive tracking by email when it leaves the warehouse.

• Expedited: $14 — arrives 2–3 business days
• Free over $50

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Skin is personal — if a formula doesn't work for you, message us and we'll send a return label.

Opened items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but reach out anyway — we'd rather solve the problem than leave you stuck.
